1. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND PURPOSE OF THE SITE

This website is intended to inform users about products from SOLVIT's offer and enable ordering of products online, both for natural persons (consumers) and for legal entities and entrepreneurs (B2B customers).

The user of the site is any person or representative of a legal entity who accesses the site, views the content or places an order.

The texts, photographs, descriptions and other materials published on the site are the intellectual property of SOLVIT and are intended to inform customers. It is forbidden to download, copy and commercially exploit the content itself and the database of the site by third parties without the prior written consent of SOLVIT.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content displayed on the site, including texts, graphics, logos, design solutions, software code, photographs and product names, constitutes intellectual property of SOLVIT or its partners/suppliers.

Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification or public display of the content of the site without the prior written consent of SOLVIT is prohibited.

3. INFORMATION ON PRODUCTS AND PRICES

SOLVIT strives to make all information, descriptions and product photos as accurate and up-to-date as possible. However, product photos are primarily for illustrative purposes, and do not have to fully correspond to the actual appearance of the product.

All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) with VAT included.

In case of obvious technical or system errors in the display of prices or descriptions (e.g. errors caused by a system failure), SOLVIT reserves the right to cancel the order with prior notification to the user, in accordance with the law.

4. PAYMENT METHODS ON THE SITE

At the current stage of the operation of the online store, payment for purchased products is made exclusively through the following methods:

Payment by cash on delivery (cash on delivery): Valid for natural persons on delivery of goods. The buyer makes payment in cash to the courier service or an authorized person when delivering the goods.

Payment by bank transfer (already paid / giro account):

For natural persons: via payment slip or e-banking.

Za pravna lica i preduzetnike: bezgotovinsko plaćanje na osnovu izdate profakture/fakture na žiro-račun SOLVIT-a.

Kupac vrši uplatu na žiro-račun SOLVIT-a na osnovu instrukcija za plaćanje dostavljenih nakon potvrde narudžbine.

Napomena: Trenutno se na sajtu ne vrši direktna procesiranje i prihvat platnih kartica putem interneta (online card payment).

5. OGRANIČENJE ODGOVORNOSTI

SOLVIT ulaže razumne napore da obezbijedi neprekidan i siguran rad sajta, ali ne garantuje da će pristup sajtu biti dostupan u svakom trenutku bez prekida, kašnjenja ili grešaka uzrokovanih tehničkim problemima ili radovima na održavanju.

SOLVIT ne snosi odgovornost za bilo kakvu direktnu ili indirektnu štetu nastalu usljed korišćenja ili nemogućnosti korišćenja sajta, osim u slučajevima predviđenim imperativnim propisima.

Sajat može sadržati linkove ka trećim internet stranicama. SOLVIT ne kontroliše i ne snosi odgovornost za sadržaj ili politike privatnosti tih stranica.

Korisnik se obavezuje da:

SOLVIT zadržava pravo da u bilo kom trenutku izmijeni ove Uslove korišćenja radi usklađivanja sa promjenama u poslovanju ili važećim propisima. Izmjene stupaju na snagu momentom objavljivanja na sajtu.

9. PRIMJENJIVO PRAVO I NADLEŽNOST

Na ove Uslove korišćenja primjenjuju se propisi Crne Gore. Eventualni sporovi rešavaće se mirnim putem, a u suprotnom pred stvarno nadležnim sudom u Crnoj Gori.
